OUR FOLD
In 2012 we bought our first 3 animals from Eliza Mitchell at Tatlayoko Fold:
Ulysses of Tatlayoko, a gentle giant of a red bull
Strathbrae Scarlet's Nathalie, a noble red cow pregnant by Skookum Scott of Cloudcroft
Truffle of Tatlayoko, a friendly dark brindle cow pregnant by Skookum Scott of Cloudcroft
Nathalie's black calf, Zebedee of Moffat became our breeding bull. Sadly passed away in 2024 he was a spectacular specimen. Constantly handled he loved being brushed and liked chatting to people who come to visit. He was joined by a big gentle giant, Benjamin Franklin Heritage a couple of years ago who since Zebedee's passing has become our breeding bull.
We now have a Fold full of colour: red, black, brindle and silver dun, it's always a surprise when calving season comes around!
